Important things to know...
What do we accept?
Great question! We accept Pokemon Cards, Pokemon Unused Online Code Cards, Pokemon Pin Badges,
Pokemon Coins, Pokemon Tins & More...If it's not already listed on our form. simply contact us to see if we will take it.
How much do we pay?
Follow this link to see our latest rates.
Rates for Pokemon Bulk are constantly moving around, we update this list quite often and our rates will always be mentioned to you with a breakdown before we make any purchase, and we may require you to confirm you are happy with the rates. The rates are a guideline, (pretty accurate) but they could change hour by hour based on our needs. We can't also guarantee that we will be able to take every card from you. For example, we may have too many Trainer cards and not need any at that particular time. This will all be discussed once you ask for your quote.
What's the catch?
We just need you to follow some simple rules in order for us to take your Pokemon Cards 4 Cash!!!
All Pokemon Cards MUST be Mint/N.Mint Condition. That means no creases, bends, scratches, whitening of the backs etc.
The way we look at it as a rule of thumb is the cards should be, 'booster pack fresh'. Meaning the cards are in an unplayed condition, placed straight into storage upon opening from the booster pack.
ALL cards MUST be English. We do not accept Japanese or any other language Pokemon Card. The cards must also be 100% genuine Pokemon Cards. If you are unsure, then save the hassle and do not send any particular cards that look fake, (this can happen if you have brought unbranded booster packs, or purchased/traded bulk from other sellers etc).
Any cards that do not 'make the grade' will be discounted from total price and will be discarded.
We accept any card from any Pokemon Set - so long as it follows the above rules, (M/NM & English).
Please sort cards into some sort of order. This will greatly speed up the payment process for yourself. Ideally sorted into piles of 100 with the above breakdown of rates, (Common & Uncommon), (Trainer), (Energy), (Rare), (Reverse Common & Uncommon), (Reverse Rare & Holo).
Remember, we need to count all of your cards, so having them sorted in a good order can speed the process up. Especially when we get backlogged with multiple orders.
You're not obliged to do the above sorting but this will speed the process of your payment up a huge deal,
(having to sort all of your mixed rarity cards into piles to count up will take a long time. So if you want to be paid faster, we suggest this method.
We also suggest wrapping cards into bundles of 100, (or whatever suits), with something secure such as cling film. This is lightweight and will keep cards together, other options could be printer paper, bubble wrap, resealable zip bags. These methods stop cards from moving about as much in transit and damaging the cards. If you can fit all cards snug into a box, this is also fine.
It might be helpful to write on each bundle what is inside, but this is not needed and purely optional.
Sorting
Ensure you use a strong enough box. A good suggestion is using a box inside a box. We have seen on many occasions people not using strong enough boxes and they split in transit. This will end up costing you a lot of money because couriers will also find anyway possible to not pay out if the box is found to be not strong enough for the cards.
Place the bundles of cards inside a strong box and fill out with bubble wrap, newspaper or anything suitable so the cards are snug and don't move about too much in transit.
This may seem a lot of work but we have been subject to the wrong side before ourselves, and believe us, it's worth the extra bit of work.
Packing
Shipping
Shipping costs will vary from parcel to parcel. 1,000 Pokemon Cards approx weighs 1.8kg. So you can imagine it can get pretty heavy when adding in 10,000 cards with suitable packaging. We suggest using courier for anything over 2kg, (over 1,000 cards).
Our suggestion would be as follows:
Up to 2kg - Royal Mail (Signed For Optional)
Signed for covers for £50. Normal Royal Mail will cover £20.
Over 2kg - Take a quote on Parcel2Go who will compare different couriers based on your parcel size and dimensions.
You can also select how much insurance you would like to cover your parcel for.
It's your responsibility to cover your parcel for the correct amount of insurance. A courier will only cover for lost parcels/damages up to the amount you place insurance on. So it's highly recommended you cover for the full amount, but the choice is yours if you want to risk lower for a cheaper postage - to do this, simply change the value of the parcel within the quote.
Shipping Address and Payment
We will confirm the shipping address once we confirm that we will take the order from you. This address may not always be the same so please take note if you are repeat business. We do not cover shipping charges.
VERY IMPORTANT - Please add into your package, a piece of paper with your name - count breakdown. This makes it easier to identify that it's your parcel.
Once we receive the cards, we will process the order ASAP, (usually with a week), as soon as one working day if they were packed and sorted as mentioned above, (based on how busy we are). If we have to sort lots of cards out, payment will be much much slower.
PayPal Payment is the only payment method we use and payment will be made via Goods & Services, which is inclusive of the total we quote. Therefore PayPal will take a fee for the payment. Please refer to PayPal for how much the fee will be.
